Short profile
30 years in IT — still curious, still driven
I’m looking back at three decades in IT. That time taught me one thing: technology constantly changes, but the pursuit of the most efficient solution remains the constant. Over the last years, I fully focused on cloud engineering and took on the role of a team lead.
What drives me
- Cloud & architecture: I’m comfortable navigating complex cloud infrastructures and know how to build scalable, secure environments.
- Automation as a mindset: “Work smarter, not harder.” If a process has to be done manually more than twice, I build automation for it. Efficiency isn’t a buzzword for me — it’s the default.
- Coding at heart: Even as a team lead, I care about clean code. Programming is both my tool and my balance — turning ideas into reality.
- Leadership at eye level: Leading a team means creating space for technical excellence and removing obstacles together.
My goal? Reduce complexity, empower teams, and build infrastructures that still hold up tomorrow.
